Anyway, I'm here to talk about the book entitled Melody's Key written by Dallas Coryell.
He was nice enough to send me the book so I can review it. Thank you.
The book was published on June 24th January. And it's a stand alone.

I love that book so much !
Usually I enjoy love stories but I don't fall in love with. I fall in love with that story.
This story is addictive, I was blown away through that beautiful love story.
In a few words the story is sweet, cute, funny and romantic.
Nothing is cliché or cheesy.
I confess that at the beginning I had some prejudices. I felt like Tegan about Mason.
I mean, I thought he would be a real idiot, even more, he will be a real asshole with pride because he is a famous singer but I was wrong.
I thought he was careless of everything and everyone but I was wrong.
I thought it would be a cliché love story but I was wrong.
Tegan and Mason are two characters with their own issues like all human being but they have such deep feelings and they have real complex personality. We can easily identified with them, they are very endearing.
I like all the nerdy references that was usually the fun part of the book.
And Tegan's family is also what bring the funny part of the book. I think the author does very well with the family part, I mean that he describe very well all the different relationship we can with each member, the best work is the relationship he described between siblings.
About the love part of the story, I love everything.
But there are two thing is particularly love: the songs and the letters.
The letters in the story were beautiful. It is love letters from Tegan's great grandmother and her lover. That love story happened in 1914.
I like the few parallel between the two love story in the book.
Advise to make you reading experience perfect: listen to the author music while reading. Dallas Coryell is a songwriter and a singer. All the music on the book he wrote them and sing them on his channel. Go on his youtube channel put his songs on and read his book. For me that was just perfect.
You should totally read this book if you like love stories !

Pour vous petit français: J'ai vraiment adoré ce livre. Habituellement j'apprécie les histoires d'amour mais je ne tombe pas amoureuse de ces histoires. Ce livre fait partie de mes histoires d'amour préférées. C'était drôle, adorable, mignon et incroyablement romantique. Il n'y a pas de cliché, au débout j'avoue que j'ai mal jugé les personnages surtout Mason. Je me suis dit qu'il était le parfait cliché du chanteur super connu qui est prétentieux, qui se moque de tout et de tous mais comme Tegan je me suis trompé il n'est pas comme ça. Mason et Tegan sont deux personnages complexes avec de profonds sentiments, des personnalités complexes et des problèmes comme chaque être humain. Ils sont tellement attachant.
Pour tous ceux qui peuvent lire des livres en anglais et qui aime les histoires d'amour je vous recommande ce livre.
